Legacy Class Ages 7 - 12

Service Description

Our Legacy class offers children aged 7 to 12 an opportunity to learn the art of Jiu-Jitsu in a supportive and engaging environment. Through this program, students develop self-defense skills, gain confidence, and acquire a wide range of Jiu-Jitsu techniques. ⁠ Within the Legacy class, we offer a dedicated MMA/grappling kids session as part of the curriculum. This specialized class not only enhances the children's understanding of Jiu-Jitsu but also provides valuable training in mixed martial arts and grappling techniques. By incorporating MMA/grappling training, students further develop their personal defense skills, agility, and overall physical conditioning, empowering them to face real-world situations with confidence and capability.
